Job Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and monitor direct marketing promotions, campaigns, and interventions.
- Monitor data quality, segmentation, marketing activities, and assessment.
- Coordinate with corporate CRM regarding activities, planning, and updates.
- Maintain Loyalty Club by executing acquisition strategies to grow the base, remarketing strategies to activate the base, and implementing an Always On maintenance strategy.
- Attend to club requests, complaints, and queries; monitor resolution within agreed timelines.
- Plan and implement CRM campaigns and communication initiatives.
- Track the performance of CRM campaigns and prepare performance reports.
- Draft all relevant corporate and guest communications.
- Implement communication processes to keep track of all communications.
- Work flexibly in line with the client's operational requirements.
- Maintain a professional and favorable image of the client.
Experience
Essential: Sound knowledge of Loyalty Programmes, Principles of Direct Marketing, Database management and mining.
Desirable: Marketing Diploma, 8+ years of marketing experience in CRM (as a specialization).
