Overview & Purpose

Join this phenomenal Gaming Team; a leading online casino, as a CRM Executive and play a pivotal role in shaping customer relationships, driving engagement, and enhancing player retention. This position is ideal for a creative and analytical professional passionate about the iGaming industry. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Acquisition, Games, Product Development, Player Development, Design, and Customer Support to align CRM strategies with business objectives and deliver exceptional player experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to boost customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Segment and analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for personalized marketing.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to maximize player engagement and product interaction.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, including copywriting, design, and game offerings.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Xtremepush and Optimove, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns and improve engagement metrics.
  • Ensure an omnichannel approach, leveraging real-time and onsite messaging to enhance communication.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to innovate and adapt CRM strategies.
