About the Role

The role of the Business Analyst (BA) in this team focuses on performing business analysis with an emphasis on data. This includes optimizing business efficiencies through automation, digital, information, and communications technologies by systematically analyzing and defining business requirements and functional specifications. The incumbent will develop and design solutions, ensuring effective implementation and continuous improvement for both business and existing application solutions.

The BA will be responsible for defining business requirements, business rules, and business activities for systems within the credit space of our business banking. They will work closely with a process engineer and a system support analyst, reporting directly to the product manager.
