Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating the effectiveness of CRM campaigns across channels (email, push notifications, in-app notifications, etc.) and identifying trends and insights from CRM data to optimize performance and ROI.
- Working with the Senior Analyst to build reports and dashboards to measure customer value, including Customer Lifetime Value, Customer Retention Rate, Churn Rate, and Cross-Sell / Up-Sell Rate.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics such as revenue, customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and churn rates, and generating regular reports for stakeholders and management.
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with CRM and marketing teams to conduct A/B testing, develop insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Segmenting customer data to personalize campaigns and working closely with data teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions aimed at enhancing customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Honours degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in CRM/data analysis, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Google BigQuery, Looker, Google Analytics, R, and/or Python.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Braze is advantageous.
- Experience in presenting to executive management.
- Knowledge of machine learning, predictive modeling, segmentation techniques (e.g., RFM), and marketing principles is advantageous.
