Job summary

Mr Price Group seeks a highly organised Creditors Supervisor to lead our Accounts Payable function, manage supplier accounts, and drive process improvements across the Creditors department. The role focuses on accurate payments, reconciliations, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Creditors or Accounts Payable environment.
• At least 2 years' supervisory or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and authorise all creditor payments within payment terms.
• Manage supplier master data including new supplier creation and amendments.
• Oversee month-end processes and ensure timely close across countries.
• Ensure all supplier accounts are reconciled and cleared before deactivation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support audits with accurate information.
