• Capture supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly into the accounting system.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure accuracy.
• Process payments to suppliers according to agreed payment terms.
• Reconcile supplier statements with the company’s records, ensuring any discrepancies are identified and resolved.
• Prepare weekly and monthly payment batches for approval.
• Ensure all relevant creditor documentation is filed and stored properly.
• Allocate orders
• Assist with payroll when needed

Requirements

Grade 12
