Job description

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a client who is within the Retail space. They work with high transaction volumes and large supplier accounts. This is a 3-month contract cover from September - November 2025 within an open-plan office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconciling supplier accounts
• Capturing of non-stock invoices and rebates
• Preparing payments and sending payment remittances
• Resolving supplier queries and liaising with other departments to do so
• The ideal person could learn quickly and "hit the ground running"
• Meet reporting deadlines

Experience

• Axapta or other Financial Packages
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP
• MS Office
• 3 years experience in a similar role

Requirements

• Location : Woodstock Cape Town. On-site
• Duration : 3 months full time
• Qualification required : Relevant accounting qualification or proven experience
