Job summary

National Renal Care in Johannesburg is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join the Finance team. You will manage creditors administration, supplier reconciliations, and assist with payment preparation in a high-volume environment.

The role requires Grade 12, Excel proficiency, and solid attention to detail. You will liaise with internal departments and external suppliers, ensuring accuracy, deadline adherence, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Experience in creditors, accounts payable, or a similar finance administration role.
• Experience with supplier reconciliations, payment preparation, and age analysis.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
