Main job function

1. Staff scheduling
2. Staff training
3. Staff performance monitoring
4. Managing poor performance
5. Recruitment and selection
6. Managing the daily work flow processes
7. Daily, weekly and monthly reports
8. Call monitoring
9. Rotating night shift

Criteria

2 to 3 years leadership/supervisory experience within a Call Centre/Credit environment. Collections experience is required. Retail Collections experience would be advantageous. Experience and/or knowledge of Vision Plus, Presence, and Tableau reporting will be a strong advantage.
