AVI Finance Shared Services (FSS) Division in Johannesburg is seeking a Credit Manager to lead Working Capital management (Debtors) and minimise risk across business units. You will report to the Accounts Receivable Executive and supervise a team of four team leads.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in credit management within FMCG, with a Finance degree or equivalent. Advanced SAP, Power BI, and SQL skills are highly advantageous, along with strong Excel capabilities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Credit Management role combined with managerial experience is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in an FMCG environment.
• A Degree/Diploma in Finance or equivalent is required.
• Advanced SAP user, Power BI, SQL and Excel skills enhance impact.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and maintain a credit policy aligned with business and statutory requirements.
• Monitor terms, credit limits, and write-offs.
• Expedite cash flow within trading terms through robust collection.
• Lead 4 team leads and develop high-performing teams.
• Establish internal controls to mitigate risk.
• Prepare and present reporting on credit management and collections.
