Job description

TRACKER requires the services of a Fixed Term Contract Credit Controller (6 Months) in the Finance Department at our Johannesburg Head Office.

Tracker requires a self-starter who can work under pressure.

We require a diligent and hard-working individual, who can be a part of a highly motivated team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Managing own set of accounts
  2. Piling of detailed monthly reconciliations
  3. Query investigations and resolutions - written and telephonic
  4. Credit note and re-invoicing preparation as part of query resolution
  5. Preparation of reports and stats
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Minimum of Matric
  2. Minimum of 3 years credit control experience or a completed B degree (Finance)
  3. Computer literacy: MS-Office Suite (experience with Advanced Excel essential)
  4. Exposure to high volume Consumer / Business accounts
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  6. Initiative and deadline driven with excellent planning and organisational skills
  7. Ability to work under pressure
  8. Knowledge of contracts and disputes
  9. Knowledge of credit vetting will be an added advantage
  10. Successfully adapts to changing demands and conditions
  11. High attention to detail, enthusiastic, committed and reliable
