What We’re Looking For :

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Matric (Tertiary qualification advantageous)
• 3–5 years of Credit Control experience in FMCG / Retail / Manufacturing (ESSENTIAL)
• Chain store & franchise experience
• Strong Excel & Word skills (MS Office Suite)
• Syspro experience a bonus!

Your Strengths

Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills

Able to thrive under pressure and handle high volumes

Comfortable dealing with price queries , aged debtors, and complex reconciliations

Deadline-driven, organised, and dependable

Key Responsibilities :

Daily uploads, suspense release approvals, and masterfile maintenance

New customer account setup with supporting documentation

Manage credit limits, terms, and insurance compliance

Monitor default accounts and ensure terms are adhered to

Upload statements & invoices to customer portals

Weekly & monthly reporting, reconciliations, and problem resolution

Engage with sales teams and branch managers to flag account issues

Process credit applications, insurance claims, and ensure credit guarantee submissions are done accurately and on time

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients’ finance departments

Handle various ad hoc finance and admin projects
