Job Description :

• Manage credit applications
• Perform month-end reporting
• Upload daily customer receipts into Oracle as received from Accountant or Financial Supervisor
• Manage dealer accounts
• Ensure all Journal Entries are accurately calculated and authorized prior to processing
• Follow up on credits taken by the dealer and investigate where and when they were received if not yet credited to the dealer account
• Ensure timely and professional collection of payments due from dealer accounts
• Verify that payments match the documentation approval requests for pending orders to be released
