Job Opportunity : Commerce Graduate – Collections Assistant / Credit Clerk

Are you a recent Commerce graduate looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic healthcare environment? We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Collections Assistant.

Key Responsibilities :

Follow up on outstanding accounts from medical aids and patients

Maintain accurate records of communications and payments

Assist in resolving account queries and discrepancies

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely collections

Requirements :

A degree or diploma in Commerce or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail
