Job summary

TWK Agri invites applications for a 12-month graduate placement in the Credit Department. The programme rotates between Debtors and Credit Relationship teams, providing exposure to the full credit lifecycle and financial services operations with structured training and mentorship.

Ideal candidates hold a University Degree (2024/2025) in Credit, Finance, or related fields, and have matriculation. Strong MS Excel/Word skills, attention to detail, and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• University degree obtained in 2024 or 2025 in a relevant field (e.g., Credit, Finance).
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities; willing to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Assist with debtors management including account monitoring and follow-ups.
• Support credit assessment through analysis of financial information and credit applications.
• Assist with credit risk management and compliance with credit policy.
• Maintain accurate debtor and credit records in relevant systems.
• Support Credit Relationship teams with administrative tasks.
• Prepare basic financial and credit-related reports.
