Minimum Education And Experience

1. 3 year Tertiary Qualification (Commerce) Majors Accounting; Agri Economics, Credit Management
2. 3 years Relevant credit assessment experience
3. Thorough knowledge of the NCA, CPA, FICA and related credit regulatory requirements
4. Experience in the primary and secondary agriculture sector finance
5. Appraisal of credit proposals and deal structure for: assets finance, working capital, backward and forward integration finance
6. Advanced business acumen
