Credit Analyst

Our client is looking to employ a Credit Analyst.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assess credit worthiness of applicants (mortgage and other credit products) through undertaking detailed risk assessment analysis.
2. Ensure that procedures and decisions comply with credit policy, regulations and best practice standards.
3. Motivate and support decisions through the analysis of financial information.
4. Provide quality service to internal customers.
5. Liaise with other stakeholders within the company.
6. Stay abreast with Legal, compliance and market changes.
7. Provide regular feedback on the submission of loan applications to management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. B.Com Degree or relevant business degree.
2. 2 Years' experience in Credit underwriting / candidates who have had mandate to approve/ decline based on assessments.
3. Banking / Financial Services Experience.
