Job Description :

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in vetting and assessing applications for property bridging finance and advances on Road Accident Fund payouts. This role requires a keen eye for detail, analytical skills, teamwork and the ability to communicate effectively with legal professionals and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough credit checks and financial assessments for financing applications.

Assess property sale transactions and understand the property sales cycle to make informed financing decisions.

Vet Road Accident Fund payout claims and evaluate eligibility for advances.

Communicate effectively with attorneys and conveyancing secretaries to gather necessary information and documentation.

Maintain excellent customer relations, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Collaborate with team members to achieve divisional goals and uphold company standards.

Ability to communicate and work effectively with internal sales team

Minimum three years experience in credit analysis, financial services, or a related field.

Knowledge of property sales cycles and Road Accident Fund claim processes is advantageous.
