Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a related visual display role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative retail display concepts and execution.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangement.
• Proficiency with basic design software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with store teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compelling visual merchandising strategies for the retail store, including floor layouts, product placement, and signage.
• Create attractive window displays and in-store merchandising that highlights key products and promotions.
• Ensure all displays are consistent with brand image, seasonal themes, and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the store management team to optimize product presentation and drive sales performance.
