Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in group settings.

• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities, ensuring their well-being and participation.

• Manage group dynamics and individual child needs effectively.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about their child's engagement and progress during sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of play equipment and the play area.
• Observe children's engagement and participation, adapting activities as needed.
