Job summary

Manpower Group in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead and oversee all creative output across design, video, motion, and live production. You will develop and drive concepts for major campaigns while maintaining high creative standards and brand consistency.

In this role you will partner with performance marketing teams to craft high-performing assets, manage workflows, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and oversee external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of creative experience, including at least 4 years in a Creative Director or Associate Creative Director role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign, digital, and video work.
• Proven experience in performance marketing creative and testing.
• Experience building and managing brand systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and AI-driven creative tools.
• Relevant qualification in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
