Creative Director

You've led teams, pitched big ideas, and turned napkin sketches into head-turning campaigns.

They're growing fast and need a hands-on Creative Director to help lead the way.

Requirements:

1. 10+ years of creative experience, with 7+ years in a leadership role
2. A sharp portfolio of branding & campaign work
3. A love for storytelling, aesthetics, and detail
4. Experience across digital, print, social, film, packaging & more
5. A mix of strategic thinking & creative intuition
6. Advantageous if you've worked as an AI Designer, Copywriter, or Interaction Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of designers, writers, illustrators, animators, photographers & general magic-makers
2. Oversee the full creative process, from concept to delivery
3. Pitch ideas, guide direction, and ensure the final work hits the bullseye
4. Build brands, shape campaigns, and tell stories people remember
5. Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and PMs to turn goals into standout creative
6. Manage timelines, budgets, KPIs & other essential stuff
