About the Role — Is this you?
As our Creative Director, you will be the mastermind behind the campaigns that make people stop scrolling. You'll lead a talented team of creatives, set the visual and strategic direction for our clients' campaigns, and turn insights into content that resonates and converts — especially on TikTok. You will have the creative freedom to build scroll-stopping assets while making data-driven decisions that push our clients' growth to the next level.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead creative ideation and strategy for TikTok-first campaigns, with repurposing across Meta and other platforms.
- Conceptualize and oversee production of high-impact visual narratives, ads, and viral concepts.
- Manage and mentor a team of creators, designers, and copywriters — nurture their growth and maximize output quality.
- Collaborate with performance teams to interpret data and optimize creative direction in real-time.
- Partner directly with clients, understanding their vision and translating it into actionable creative strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts to keep our clients on the cutting edge.
- Use cutting-edge creative tools and platforms (Adobe CC, Figma, CapCut, etc.).
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior Creative Lead in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
- Deep understanding of TikTok's creative ecosystem, best practices, and trends.
- Strong portfolio showcasing viral campaigns, especially short-form video content.
- Leadership and team management skills — you inspire creativity in others.
- Data-driven mindset: you know that creative is not just art, but performance.
- Exceptional storytelling ability and attention to detail.
- Experience with UGC campaigns, influencer collaborations, and performance marketing tools.
