Purpose of the role
You’ll be the creative engine that turns ideas into eye-catching visuals, high-performing websites that are fresh, fast and user-friendly, and jaw-dropping 3-D mock-ups that help our sales team close deals faster. You’ll own the full creative-to-digital pipeline for our brands, while proactively scouting new trends and techniques that keep us ahead of the curve. Core responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design product flyers, presentations, company profiles, stationery, email signatures, calendars, staff newsletters/communication, posters and emailer templates that make our brand impossible to ignore.
- Review our brand assets on an annual basis to ensure that they are always in-line with forecasted design trends.
- Maintain our central brand asset library and style guides.
- Internal product samples.
Website (WordPress)
- Design, build and maintain WordPress websites.
- Troubleshoot bugs, plugin conflicts or full-on crashes until the site is healthy again.
- Manage plugins, performance, scheduled backups and monitor security alerts.
- Conduct Monthly website audits to ensure health, performance and UX are at optimal standards and fine-tune where necessary.
- Spot web design trends worth testing and bring clear recommendations to the team.
- Maintain logins and licenses.
3D & Visualisation
- Model and render photorealistic or stylised product/event mock-ups in Blender (or similar) to be used in marketing material such as: social media posts, email campaigns, website, sales flyers and presentations.
Initiative & Innovation
- Track design, web, and 3D trends; present quarterly “What’s Next” sessions.
- Pilot emerging AI/design tools.
- Research competitor digital experiences and recommend improvements.
- Implement LEAN practices to improve efficiency, quality, and speed within your role.
Cross-functional extras
- Support the Marketing team with events and social media content.
- Contribute ideas to campaigns, product launches and other marketing-related projects.
Requirements, experience and attributes
- 3–5 yrs in a similar role.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills.
- Proficient in Blender (or similar).
- WordPress: front and back-end experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must have an outgoing personality and able to work within a dynamic team environment.
- Own transport.
