Job summary

MyCareerCraft is seeking a Creative assistant / Graphic Design support to join an outdoor advertising team in Centurion. You will liaise with the photographer and Sales to source photos, edit in Photoshop, and prepare mock-ups.

You will maintain creative and production documents, manage files under tight deadlines, and provide admin support. Must be bilingual (English/Afrikaans) with strong communication and collaboration skills; Illustrator knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Practical Photoshop skills (essential).
• Confident in Windows and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail.
• Able to work accurately under pressure and adapt to changing deadlines.
• Bilingual: English and Afrikaans.
• Clear communicator, collaborative, dependable.
• Illustrator knowledge advantageous (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the photographer and Sales team to source photographs for approved templates.
• Edit photos in Adobe Photoshop and prepare mock-ups/layouts.
• Create and maintain accurate creative and production documents.
• Manage files and multiple requests against tight deadlines.
• Provide general administrative/operational support, including occasional stocktakes.
