Job summary

Pedros Chicken is seeking a hands-on content creator to bring the Pedros Group’s brands, food and customer experiences to life. You will turn briefs into engaging short-form videos, photographs and social content, working under the Content Manager and alongside the videographer.

This role requires an eye for detail and strong ideas, plus the ability to shoot and edit high-quality content across formats, with compelling captions and platform-specific edits.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ relevant content creation experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating photography, short-form video and editing.
• Experience with food/restaurant/lifestyle content is advantageous.
• CapCut or equivalent editing tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, hooks, scripts and shot lists from briefs and the content calendar.
• Identify trends and propose ideas suitable for the brand and quick production.
• Independently shoot video and photographs for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, Stories).
• Style food for photography/video with strong presentation.
• Coordinate content capture with the videographer and stores to minimise disruption.
• Edit mobile footage into polished short-form content with pacing and captions.
• Create platform-specific versions and ensure brand consistency before submission.
• Write captions and short copy as required.
• Review results and apply learnings to future edits.
