Role Overview:

As the Courier Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth delivery processes, and driving performance across our courier network. This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on approach, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the National Courier Operations Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations.
• Supervise and coordinate courier teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Monitor and manage operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members to foster growth and efficiency.
• Step into the Manager’s role in their absence to maintain seamless operations.

• Proven experience in logistics, courier services, or a similar operational role.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or supervisory roles in the courier/logistics industry.
