Job description

Responsible for overseeing multiple courier hubs within a designated area, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage internal and external courier operations performance within the division.
  2. Assist in establishing courier processes and managing contract terms within the division.
  3. Manage and maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Ensure customer centricity.
  5. Promote effective self-management and teamwork.
Requirements for the Position:
  • Understanding of the business operating model.
  • Knowledge of applicable business policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of applicable legislation (e.g., CPA, POPI, etc.).
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Knowledge of courier operations processes.
  • Industry knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
