We're expanding our footprint across multiple countries—and we're looking for a driven sales professional to help us grow.

The OpportunityWe're hiring a Country Sales Responsible to lead business development efforts across several countries.

In this role, you'll be the face of Daikin—building strategic partnerships with installers, consultants, end users, and more.

You'll play a key role in increasing market share, enhancing brand awareness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy for HVAC-R products.
  • Identify new markets and customer segments to accelerate growth.
  • Achieve / exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with installers, consultants, distributors, and end customers.
  • Deliver tailored solutions based on client needs.
  • Represent Daikin at trade shows, seminars, and key industry events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Share insights and strategic recommendations with senior management.
  • Partner with internal teams : marketing, technical support, logistics, and product management.
  • Train and support distributors and partners to ensure technical accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Brand Development

  • Be an ambassador of the Daikin brand.
  • Elevate brand visibility and reputation in the assigned region.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic updates to management.
  • Adjust plans as needed based on performance and market shifts.

Qualifications & ExperienceEducation :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.Experience :
  • 3–5 years' experience in HVAC-R or a related technical industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success across multiple countries.
  • Technical understanding of HVAC-R systems is a plus.Skills :
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with market analysis experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management abilities.
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.Personal Attributes :

Sales Strategy and Execution :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Daikin HVAC-R products in assigned countries / regions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and customer segments to drive growth.
  • Meet / exceed sales targets and KPIs, focusing on both short-term and long-term revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities and brand messaging with sales efforts.2.

Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including installers, consultants, and end customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, seminars, and customer meetings to promote Daikin products and services.3.

Market Analysis and Competitor Insights :

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the management team regarding market opportunities, customer demands, and competitive threats.4.

Team Collaboration and Support :

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, technical support, and logistics to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to distributors, dealers, and installers to ensure proper product knowledge and installation expertise.
  • Assist the customer support team in resolving technical or service-related issues.5.

Brand Development and Awareness :

  • Act as the Daikin ambassador, ensuring the brand's values and messaging are effectively communicated across all touchpoints.
  • Drive brand awareness and position Daikin as the go-to HVAC-R solution provider in the region.6.

Reporting and Forecasting :

  • Regularly report on sales performance, market developments, and key initiatives to senior management.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, track progress against targets, and adjust plans as necessary.Qualifications and Requirements : 1.

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.2.

Experience :

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the HVAC-R or related industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in managing multiple countries / regions and working with diverse cultural and business practices.
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement, including working with installers, consultants, end customers, and distributors.
  • Familiarity with the technical aspects of HVAC-R systems is an advantage.3.

Skills :

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze market dynamics and trends.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.4.
