Job description

Country Manager-Sales-HDPE / PP / Wooven Bags Market Analysis and Strategy Development : Conduct in-depth market research to understand competitor landscape, customer needs, and market trends within the assigned country.

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall company goals and local market dynamics.

Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing sales team across the country.

Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.

Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide feedback to drive results.

Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors within the country.

Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to secure sales.

Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Track sales metrics and KPIs (key performance indicators) to assess team performance against targets.

Generate detailed sales reports and analysis to identify areas of improvement and inform strategic decision-making.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence : Ensure sales activities comply with all local laws, regulations, and company policies within the assigned country.

Requirements : 8+ years experience in sales of HDPE / PP Woven Fabrics, Bags & BOPP Laminated PP Woven Bags etc in South Africa.

Deep understanding of the local market dynamics, customer base, and competitive landscape.
