Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the expansion in the Southern African market and drive the growth of the OTR tire business.

2. Manage key clients’ relationships, seek new business opportunities, and prepare technical reports.

3. Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and promptly resolve client issues.

4. Handle other necessary business development management responsibilities.

5. Familiar the mining sites and get connection with mining managers.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience working with giant OTR tires, mining or earthmoving industries.

2. Proven track record of successfully selling products to new clients.

3. Leadership skills to build and lead sales teams.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Willingness to travel frequently within the Southern Africa region.

6. Experience in fleet tire maintenance/repair is an advantage
