A leading Payment and Fintech company operating in 50+ high-growth markets across Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa is looking for a Country Manager.
They are part of one of the largest global technology investors and are redefining online commerce for merchants and consumers. As a top online payment service provider, they deploy over 400 payment methods and PCI-certified platforms, processing around 6 million payments daily.

Position Overview:
This role involves overseeing regional operations, driving sales, strategic leadership, product input, operational excellence, and financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial Success: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage merchant portfolios, lead local sales teams, and collaborate with global sales units.
- Strategic Leadership: Foster cross-functional collaboration, develop local talent, represent the company in local payment bodies, and promote company culture.
- Product and Management: Provide input into product roadmaps based on regional needs.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure alignment across functions, manage risk, streamline onboarding, and address process gaps.
- Finance Management: Oversee financial results, ensure accurate product pricing, and track sales performance.
Requirements:
- 7+ years sales experience in a B2B environment, with 5+ years leading cross-functional teams, preferably as a country or regional lead.
- 5+ years in payments or financial domains, with eCommerce payments experience.
- MBA or master's in management, finance, or related fields.
- Experience in partnership management, working within global organizations, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability review.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, build relationships, and lead decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, team-oriented, and adaptable.
