A leading technology player is undergoing a strategic transformation and is seeking an exceptional business leader to help drive its next phase of growth.

This is a confidential mandate to find a proven commercial executive with a strong track record in sales-led business building—someone who understands how to scale operations in highly competitive, fast-moving environments across telecoms, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.

The role demands a rare combination of entrepreneurial drive, operational discipline, and the ability to influence at board level while executing at pace on the ground.

What You’ll Bring

  • 15+ years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in executive leadership or as a founder/business builder within Sales, Distribution, or Retail—ideally with experience launching and scaling new business lines.
  • Deep understanding of the telecoms and consumer tech landscape, with hands-on experience in cybersecurity and enterprise software.
  • A strong commercial instinct, with a proven ability to translate strategy into revenue and sustainable growth.
  • Experience setting up and optimising operational infrastructure, from SOPs to team structures.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence partners, vendors, and government bodies.
  • A leadership style that empowers teams and builds a performance-driven, inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a clear business strategy in collaboration with the advisory board.
  • Design and implement operational systems that drive efficiency and scalability across the business.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Strategy, Collections, Credit, Investor Relations, and P&L management.
  • Build trusted relationships with key partners, including vendors, affiliates, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Own the commercial health of the organisation—driving revenue, managing cost, and ensuring strong ROI.
  • Serve as the face of the business to internal and external stakeholders, with responsibility for long-term value creation.
