Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and product advice
  • Handle orders via walk-in, phone, and email using the Pastel system
  • Support Sales Reps and coordinate with dispatch and tinting teams
  • Assist with stock, pricing, invoicing, and admin tasks
  • Recommend products and colour alternatives
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety

Requirements:

Experience in thepaint industryis essential (at least 2 years experience)

Prospecton.A well-established logistics company is looking for an experiencedExport Controllerto join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update sailing schedules and bookings
  • Monitor stack dates and container utilization
  • Handle shipping documents, hazardous paperwork and trade docs
  • Liaise with shipping lines, transporters, and warehouses
  • Invoice processing (customers and creditors), cargo dues, RCG submissions
  • Handle export filings (AMS, ENS), telex releases, and email management
  • Support internal training and promote E-commerce usage

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Previous experience as an Export Controller
  • Strong admin and MS Office skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Able to work under pressure and take initiative

Hillcrest.A large residential estate is looking for a detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly organised Accounts Administrator. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, proven payroll experience, and excellent customer liaison abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of accounting transactions
  • Invoicing and data capture
  • Preparing and sending monthly statements to customers
  • Collection of overdue accounts
  • Inventory counts and stock adjustments
  • Preparation of monthly reconciliations
  • Preparation of monthly TB & draft management accounts
  • Engagement with customers and service providers
  • Payroll processing and reconciliations
  • HR administration including employee records, leave and statutory returns
  • Maintenance of insured assets records and insurance claims administration
  • Assist with annual audit requirements

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education – Diploma/Degree in Accounting
  • Experience in bookkeeping/accounting up to and including trial balance
  • Experience in payroll processing and HR administration
  • Proficient in MS Office & Sage Accounting and Payroll software
  • Ability to prepare management accounts & read financial statements
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) organisation and problem solving skills
