A recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and coordinate customer orders for nursery products. The ideal candidate should have a Matric certificate, excellent communication and administrative skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. This role emphasizes relationship-building and professional conduct within a dynamic environment.
This purpose of this position is to provides exceptional customer service and sales to existing and potential customers seeking Nursery products.
Acting as liaison between customers and distribution departments related to specific customer orders
Responsible for the timely and accurate coordination of customer orders to existing and potential customers.
Placing orders and scheduling shipments. Communicates with the Grower Support Team and answers questions on prices, customer order status, delivery schedules
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Matric with relevant experience
Excellent administrative skills including professional telephone demeaner.
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Ability to create and sustain successful relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to prioritize work within established guidelines and follow through on a variety of requests. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
Collaborative team member, positive attitude, and exceptional organizational skills.
Regular and reliable attendance at the primary place of business.
