Position Summary

The primary duty is performing work requiring advanced knowledge (Master's Degree, License / Certification) in Human Services, exercising discretion and independent judgment to provide high-quality client-centered therapeutic services.

The role also involves serving as a mentor and consultant to other staff, ensuring compliance with laws and standards.

The position is a lead role in direct care, including assessment, treatment planning, direct service, person-centered services, and risk management.

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field
  • At least two years' experience with clients with mental health, substance abuse, or developmental disabilities
  • Active Florida license as a clinical social worker, mental health counselor, or marriage and family counselor
  • Eligibility for Medicaid or similar programs
  • Ability to provide individualized mental health and substance abuse services
  • Ability to travel locally
  • Pass background screenings
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Compensation

The salary ranges from $56,000 - $62,000 annually, based on experience.
