Job description

The purpose of the role is the effective management of Stakeholder (i.e. Council) issue processes and administrative function.

Job Description

The main tasks and responsibilities associated with the position are listed below. This is not an exhaustive list of tasks and responsibilities and any other tasks and/or responsibilities that could be reasonably expected for the position may be required.

Provide an effective management of Stakeholders.

  1. Provide feedback to the Utilities Specialists at least once per month via CRM regarding Council Related queries.
  2. Respond to follow ups from the Utilities Specialists within 24 hours once logged on CRM.
  3. Initiate monthly meetings with Utilities Specialists to discuss queries and provide additional feedback.
  4. Log feedback on queries accurately and record follow ups accurately on CRM.
  5. Ensure that the required set target of queries logged are resolved by the set due date.

Perform administrative functions as required.

  • Keep filing up to date.
  • Attend and prepare for all meetings with Stakeholders (internal and external).

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience in utilities and basic bookkeeping/accounting preferred.
  • Code 08 Driver’s license required.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  1. Basic knowledge of utilities and basic bookkeeping/accounting.
  2. MS Office:
    a. MS Word – Basic
    b. MS Excel – Basic
    c. MS Outlook - Basic
  3. Basic knowledge of MDA preferred.
