Job summary

CFW Fans (Pty) Ltd, a leading fan designer and manufacturer in Southern Africa, seeks a Costing Engineer to join our team and drive project and production cost management.

The role requires a tertiary engineering qualification and demonstrated cost-estimating experience; bilingual English-Afrikaans is advantageous. You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate costing and tender support.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, or a related field is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
• Experience in engineering field either HVAC / ventilation / fans or applications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects based on specifications, drawings, and data.
• Analyze material, labour, and overhead costs to determine project budgets and pricing strategies.

Since its founding as Continental Fan Works in 1966, CFW has built extensive expertise and knowledge, establishing itself as a trusted supplier of industrial fans to leading corporations both within South Africa and internationally.

We are currently seeking a Costing Engineer to join our team and support our project and production cost management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects based on specifications, drawings, and data.
