Cost / Management Accountant (CTA / CEMA)

Our client is looking to employ an experienced Cost / Management Accountant with a CTA! Take responsibility for the management accounting function, including planning, budgets and forecasts, interpreting financial results, monitoring cash flow, capital expenditure programs, management reporting systems development, special investigations / reports, operating efficiency studies, feasibility studies and investment portfolios.

Requirements:

• South African Citizen
• Code B driver's license and own transport
• Willing to work overtime and be available after business hours
• Business travel, nationally

Qualifications & Experience:

• Senior Certificate (NQF 4)
• CTA / CEMA will be advantageous
• Pastel Evolution / Xero experience will be advantageous
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
• MS Office with excellent Excel skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in financial accounting & reporting, including external statutory reporting and audit
• Working knowledge of data entry management
• Multi-functional project management
• Good understanding of strategic planning and management thereof.
• Knowledge of policy conceptualisation, analysis and implementation
• Mathematical computation skills
• Knowledge of South African Taxation
