Position: Manufacturing Cost Controller

Location and Salary: Milnerton R27 000 - R36 000 PM + Provident Fund

A company in the manufacturing and installations sector seeks a Degreed Cost Controller. Responsibilities include capturing all creditor invoices and returns & debits, linking to GRNs, reconciling supplier statements, and preparing payments. You will generate monthly Service Level Agreement invoices, quote clients for new agreements, and maintain related records. Ensuring correct stock pricing on Pastel Partner Accounting system, updating local costing templates, and managing stock administration are key duties. Experience with BOMs, price/cost negotiations, and manufacturing is essential.

You will also assist with monthly/annual stock counts, report on stock variances, and ensure proper stock levels in Cape Town and Johannesburg. Regular reporting on stock and project statuses is required.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. B.Tech Degree in Cost & Management Accounting or similar tertiary qualification
  2. 5+ years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  3. Knowledge of Bills of Material processes
  4. Experience in costing and quoting for management
  5. Computer literacy in Pastel Partner, MS Excel, and MS Word
  6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  7. Attention to detail
  8. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
