We are seeking an FM2 to lead our Costing Models in the iCustomer Finance team. You will work with talented, diverse, and adaptable professionals committed to curiosity and effective change.

Key responsibilities include:

• Re-imagining costing models to promote platform adoption across Retail, Commercial, Broader Africa, and external users.
• Partnering with stakeholders to provide financial insights for operational and strategic decisions.
• Defining, implementing, and documenting internal and external costing models.
• Analyzing and managing costs to support business costing strategies.
• Monitoring financial information systems for effectiveness.
• Ensuring compliance with banking industry regulations.
• Maintaining supporting documentation according to financial standards.
• Preparing reports on costing models and financial conditions.
• Enhancing productivity through efficient planning and process improvements.
• Managing budgets and forecasts.
• Ensuring effective project planning by managing system interrelationships.
• Demonstrating strong organizational and analytical skills.
