Job summary

Corruseal Corrugated Kzn Pty Ltd in Cape Town seeks a Junior Specialist Fitter to perform mechanical and electrical preventive and reactive maintenance on plant equipment, ensuring maximum machine availability for production.

You will handle maintenance requests, respond to breakdowns, and contribute to improving corrugator performance. A Matric and a Trade Test (Mechanical or Electrical) with at least 3 years' experience are required; forklift licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Planning exposure
• Experience of Corrugating equipment (operation & maintenance)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance, breakdowns, work orders (job cards) and other requests on the Corrugators
• Reduction of Downtime & Improvement of Corrugator performance (long term) will also form part of the Corrugator Fitter’s responsibilities
