Position Details

• Location: Craven County Jail
• Position: Full-Time LPN
• Schedule: 10-hour Evening Shift Rotation, 2 p.m. - 1:30 a.m., with alternating weekends
• Benefits: Sign-on & Retention Bonus

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients
• Chart results and establish nursing plans within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines
• Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations
• Follow through with established treatment plans
• Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking skills
