Job Description

Our department is seeking a Corporate DC Team Leader to join the Corporate DC Team. The incumbent will serve in a leadership role within the department and report to the Online DC Manager.

The ideal candidate should align with the company's vision, be self-motivated, and actively oversee end-to-end processes within their area of responsibility. The role requires high energy levels suitable for a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. If you are passionate about this, consider building your career in this vibrant department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Corporate DC department.
  2. Coordinate with Head Office Corporate department, DC team, online, and stores.
  3. Manage relationships with service providers and stakeholders.
  4. Track progress, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholder requirements are met.
  5. Resolve problems, queries, and complaints promptly.
  6. Optimize processes, implement continuous improvements, and monitor outcomes.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and Corporate Sales processes.
  8. Ensure orders are accurately and promptly entered into relevant platforms/systems.
  9. Manage stock and oversee stock consolidation from suppliers, DC, and stores.
  10. Coordinate accurate picking, packing, and timely shipping of orders from corporate sales and online.
  11. Train and develop team members continuously.
  12. Act ethically, transparently, and morally.
  13. Prepare accurate monthly performance reports.
  14. Handle administrative tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Experience in retail and planning/logistics is advantageous.
