As a strategy consultant, you will join Accenture's Corporate Strategy & Growth team, working alongside management and the C-Suite of major clients across various industries to identify their next growth frontier in the age of AI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and shape new growth opportunities to enhance existing revenue streams and generate new ones, defining where to play and what to offer.
- Design and launch new businesses, products, services, and experiences to capture business opportunities, shaping strategies to win and accelerate results.
- Drive pricing and profit optimization to fuel growth.
- Conduct strategic assessments to identify growth, efficiency, and competitive differentiation opportunities.
- Update corporate strategies and realign organizations to cascade strategy and measure success, aiming to accelerate and sustain growth.
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to help clients navigate complex industry landscapes and regulatory environments.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Lead and support strategic projects from ideation through execution.
- Conduct market and primary research to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with clients to identify, shape, and size growth opportunities, developing holistic solutions.
- Develop business models, define value drivers, and create financial projections.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Structure commercial deals and partnerships, fostering innovation.
- Support business and team growth through sales, development, and recruitment.
- Mentor junior team members to promote professional growth.

Skills Required :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must Have Experience :
- At least 3+ years in strategy consulting.
- Proven success in client engagements and results delivery.

- Experience in launching new businesses, products, or services.
- Background in corporate or growth strategy, business development, or related fields.
- Honours degree or higher preferred.
