Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure ATM and CIT attack and cash loss minimization.
2. Develop ATM physical security strategies and collaborate with external parties to apprehend perpetrators.
3. Implement security tools across ATM networks to mitigate known and emerging threats.
4. Assess industry threats to ensure safety of employees and equipment.
5. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders for security planning.
6. Investigate and report incidents involving damage or loss.
7. Oversee daily security operations and emergency response plans.
8. Manage security budgets and monitor expenses.
9. Maintain a risk register and business continuity plan.
10. Develop and enforce security procedures and policies.
11. Investigate policy violations and advise on disciplinary actions.
12. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and investigate incidents.
13. Support Service Operations and Global Security Team as needed.
14. Stay updated on security technologies and best practices.
15. Educate employees on security awareness and policies.
16. Prepare and deliver reports to stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

• Academic Grade 12.
• Relevant tertiary degree/diploma in Security Management or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role.
• Valid driving license (Code 8/10, No endorsements).
• Experience in ATM, Banking, or Cash Handling sectors.
• Proficiency in security assessments, audits, investigations.
• Discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Military, Law enforcement, or Business administration experience is advantageous.
