We're seeking a fearless, ambitious, high-energy Sales Hunter who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves chasing new business, and knows how to close deals like a pro. What You'll Do:

  • Identify & Target: Proactively research, identify, and engage new prospects in our target market.
  • Pitch & Close: Deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
  • Build Relationships: Establish long-term client relationships while consistently expanding your pipeline.
  • Exceed Targets: Smash sales quotas and take advantage of uncapped commissions and performance-based rewards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Completed Matric (certificate required)
  • Proven Sales Success: 4 years of experience in an external hunter sales role with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Corporate Network: Existing client network in the following industries: transport, engineering, logistics, cold chain logistics, construction, mining, agriculture, and manufacturing in Bloemfontein and surrounds.
  • Solution Sales: 2 years of SaaS, Technical, Technology, Telecoms, Logistics, IT, or any solution sales experience.
  • Resilient & Competitive: A go-getter who thrives on overcoming challenges and competition.
  • Self-Motivated: You don't wait for opportunities; you create them.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage leads.
  • Valid driver's license: Not expired.

Compensation: Basic Salary, Uncapped Commission, Bulk sales incentive, Company benefits.
