Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to open doors, research accounts, and book meetings with qualified decision makers across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, crafting personalized outreach and building accurate contact lists to drive pipeline.

This role requires strong written communication, experience with outbound tools, and the ability to manage your own Salesforce-driven pipeline while remaining gritty and coachable.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
