Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will craft thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn, email and phone to create first impressions of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This remote SA role requires 2 years in SDR/BDR, familiarity with Salesforce, and experience with outbound tools to achieve high-volume yet quality outreach.

• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
