Job description

  1. Plan and coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  2. Support the Snr Sales Manager in driving the Corporate Sales plan for all 6 Avani brand hotels and implement the approved strategy and plan.
  3. Establish and drive the hotels' financial performance and create results by maximizing sales efforts with innovative marketing ideas.
  4. Develop rapport with key clients and pursue new business by qualifying leads and cold calling.
  5. Implement sales strategies, adapt to market and competitive conditions, and monitor competitors' marketing and sales activities.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with corporate trade partners and key partners throughout all sales activities.
  7. Support the Snr Sales Manager in preparing business cases for RFP submissions for MHA properties and conduct quarterly audits on all platforms to ensure accurate information.
  8. Work closely with the Hotels' General Manager, Corporate Office, and sales team to drive corporate business and revenue to meet budgets.
  9. Approach sales activities strategically, focusing on pursuing leads and developing revenue potentials from new accounts.
